The (Standard Maintenance Program) offers an affordable and effective management plan for boats on the market or those seeking cost-efficient upkeep. The program includes:

Exterior - Bi-weekly washdown (no cushion removal, tracks, or hatches).

Interior - Monthly full interior detailing, including cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting staterooms, washrooms, and common areas.

Engine Room - Bi-weekly cleaning of sea strainers.
Systems - Monthly full systems check and engine/generator startup.

The (Gold Maintenance Program) is designed for boat owners who require a higher level of service than standard maintenance, ensuring the vessel is always ready for special events or quality time with friends and family. The program includes:

Exterior Maintenance - Bi-weekly washdowns, with rotating cleaning of cushions, drying them out, and wiping down all hatches and water tracks. Cleaning of all windows and windshields, inside and out, after each washdown.

Interior Maintenance - Monthly full interior detail, including dusting, cleaning, and disinfecting all staterooms, washrooms, and common areas.
Bi-weekly interior checks for organization and cleanliness. Laundry services (towels, hand towels, bedding, blankets) as needed, with laundry costs covered by the owner. Bi-weekly fridge and freezer checks to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Engine Room Maintenance - Bi-weekly checks of engine and generator fluids. Cleaning of sea strainers and maintaining A/C systems, generators, and engines bi-weekly. Exercising all through-hull seacocks to ensure proper functioning.

Systems & Management - Full systems check bi-weekly, including engine and generator startup.Warranty work scheduling and sourcing of service work.

Project management - Daily updates on all work via text, email, or phone, and overseeing shipyard periods and work performed by outside contractors.
$100 per day for vessels in the service yard.

General Maintenance - Pre-trip readiness checks, including wiping down, cover removal, windshield cleaning, and putting out pillows and towels.

Monthly polishing and sealing of all stainless steel on the exterior. Weekly cleaning of windows and windshields, inside and out. Weekly stainless polish on all exterior sinks, faucets, and refrigerators.General organization of hatches and cabinets.

Interior Maintenance - Monthly full interior detail, including dusting, cleaning, and disinfecting all staterooms, washrooms, and common areas. Weekly interior checks, including organizing towels, folding beds, and ensuring the space is clean and flawless. Laundry services for towels, bedding, and blankets as needed (owner pays for laundry). Garbage removal as needed. Weekly maintenance of refrigerators and freezers, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked.

Engine Room Maintenance - Weekly fluid checks for engines and generators.Weekly cleaning of sea strainers and maintenance of A/C systems, generators, and engines. Monthly exercise of all through-hull seacocks and corrosion prevention on fittings and plumbing. Engine room detailing as needed and maintaining clean bilges throughout the vessel.

Systems & Management - Weekly full systems check, including engine and generator startup. Scheduling and managing warranty work, service work, and logging engine/generator hours. Tracking service due dates and coordinating shipyard, haul-out, fuel, and waste services. Provisioning, documentation renewal, dining, dockage reservations, and trip planning. Parts sourcing, pickup, and delivery.
